At Reco Surfaces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your wall panels or accessories aren't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the surfaces in their original protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship to Warehouse
Send your items back to our distribution center using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
